The clock starts when you press Kick off, and the second half continues from 45:00. Once a half runs its full length the main clock holds and stoppage time lights up beside it as +1, +2; you end the period with Whistle — nothing advances on its own. Every goal is logged with its minute (stoppage-time goals read 45+2') and dropped onto the timeline under the pitch, and the whole match can be copied as a text report. Forgot to start or pause? While paused, −1 min and +1 min correct the clock, and Undo takes back up to ten actions.
Choose a regular two-half match, a knockout with extra time and penalties, a shootout only, or a custom number of periods. Minutes per half can be set from 1 to 60, and each extra-time period is a third of a half. Shootouts are recorded kick by kick as scored or missed, one circle per round under each score; level after five rounds means sudden death. When one side can no longer be caught the screen says who has won, but it never ends the match for you. The shootout tally is shown apart from goals in play, so it never overwrites the score.
Team names, format, match time, every goal minute and the shootout record are kept in this browser's local storage on this device and never uploaded. If you close or reload the page while the clock is running, it comes back paused at the moment you left, because the tool cannot know how long you were away. In fullscreen only the pitch and timeline remain: with a keyboard use H / A for goals, Space for kick-off and pause, → for the whistle; on touch devices tap a score plate for a goal and the centre circle for kick-off and pause. This page helps with manual scoring and display; it is not official timekeeping, foul adjudication or a referee record.
