About the baseball scoreboard
Inning by inning box score
The line score under the field keeps each inning's runs for both teams, leaves innings that have not been played blank, and outlines the half-inning in progress, while the R, H, and E totals stay visible. Tapping any cell jumps to that inning, so you can correct a specific frame without rebuilding the whole scoreboard.
Formats, half innings, count, and outs
Choose preset 9, 7, or 6 inning formats, or set a custom regulation length with extra innings. The pitcher's mound shows the inning and whether it is the top or bottom half, and the lamps by home plate show balls, strikes, and outs. A foul ball with two strikes does not add a strike. Ball four, strike three, and the third out each show a prompt to confirm, with a dropped third strike option for strikeouts, instead of changing the game automatically.
Local saved games, share links, and display mode
Scoreboard state, event history, and saved games are stored in this device's browser, with a saved game limit to avoid uncontrolled storage growth. Share links encode only the current scoreboard in the URL, without server sync. Fullscreen, box score copy, and game report copy are presentation aids; this tool is not an official stat feed or umpire system.

How do I record runs for a specific inning?
Press the team's score button under its plaque on the field; the run goes into the current inning. To fix an earlier inning, tap that cell in the line score below the field, or use Previous / Next inning in the corrections tray, then add the run. The tray's run −1 buttons take a run back off.
What is the difference between the game format presets?
Standard (9 innings) matches professional baseball such as MLB and most adult leagues. Shortened (7 innings) fits college, softball, and some amateur rules. Youth (6 innings) is used for junior leagues. Pick Custom to set any number of regulation innings up to 15.
Where is my scoreboard data stored? Is it uploaded anywhere?
Everything is saved in your browser's local storage on this device only. The share button creates a URL that encodes the current scoreboard, but the tool itself does not upload scores, team names, or event history to a server.
What if the game is tied after regulation innings?
Use the "Add extra inning" button in the game settings card to append one extra inning at a time (up to 12). A new column appears in the scoreboard and is automatically selected so you can start recording. "Remove extra inning" reverses it if you add one by mistake.
Does the scoreboard work on mobile and in fullscreen mode?
Yes. On a phone the field turns square with both score plaques side by side, and the line score fits the screen width (only games past nine innings scroll sideways). The magnifier icon fills the browser window and the fullscreen icon uses the whole display, leaving just the field, line score, and main buttons, which suits projectors, dugout tablets, or showing the score at a community game.
